B.Sc.(I year) :- 12 th standard(+2) from M.P. Secondary Board of Education, Bhopal or CBSE, Delhi or any other Equivalent examination passed.
B.Sc. (II year) :- Students who have passed B.Sc. (I year) examination from this college.
B.Sc.(III year) :- Students who have passed B.Sc. (II Year) examination from this college.
M.Sc. (I Semester) :- Bachelor's Degree in relevant subject with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognized University of M.P. on the basis of order of merit.
M.Phil. (Zoology) :
For B.Sc. I/II & III year an applicant can opt a course mentioned in the course page.
Note :-
Only those students are admitted in B.Sc. II & III who had opted for the qualifying examination. Third year Geology students must go for a study tour on self expenses. The college gives same assistance as per Govt. Rules. If sufficient number of students are not available in a particular group then that group is terminated.HONORS COURSES
As Per U.G.C. planning , Honors Courses are available in Physics, Chemistry and Maths subjects.
The outline is as follows:-
Honors Courses start with second year of 3 year degree course. Students admitted in this courses have to take three optional subjects and foundation course but they must offer one additional paper out of honors courses. Those who pass in this honors paper will have to offer the same paper in the final year also. In the third year, they have to take only this honors subject and foundation course and not the two other optional subjects. If the students wish to change over from the honors courses to normal subject group, they can do so in the Second Year, but this change is not permitted in the Third Year. Those students who are admitted into Second Year on the basis of Honors Courses, are not permitted to leave the Honors Courses.
Students having passed in Honors Courses are given additional 10% weightage in P.G. level admission in the same subjects.
Eligibility
Students having obtained 60% marks are only admitted in Honors Courses. 2. Admission to Honors Courses in on the basis of merit and not any kind of reservation.As per M.P. Govt. Directives, reservation is permitted only in general subject groups
